Mark Hearld's approach to image making is very experimental and he creates them on a large scale, scales them down on Photoshop. Collage is his main approach and uses a wide verity of materials, spray paint, textured paper, cut outs, pen and paper.
His process looks like so much fun and his use of colour is well controlled. In this image he I like how the foreground is full of bright autumn colours and this is contrasts well with the dark house behind it. The rain as well has such a quick striking movement to it. With his work almost visualising his making it and the aesthetic creates is very unique and with a mixture of texture and solid shapes creates piece that have depth and layers.
