The twelve brothers and twelve ravens is a lithuanian folk short story about a powerful man who marrys a witch. The man has twleve sons and one daughter. the witch orders the man to kill his sons but he dose not and she turns his sons into balck ravens.
For this I am going to create 3 images that can work as eather as a singal page (portraite) or double page spread(landscape) , full bleed. Along with cover. The cover must include the use of graphic shapes and two to three colours only. The content images can have as many colours as needed but the meduim used must be conistant throughout. All the images will be digitally printed. In addtion the most sucessful images will later be produced into a series of large scale screen prints.
The aim of this brief is again to practise working more closely with text and challenge my practise and put a restraint into create and print the images digtially, incoprating analgo print techniques.
I have 4 weeks to complete the project. Deadline firday the 27th April.
