Development of image for exhibition - spy zine.

As a main part of my piece for the end of year exhibition I  am putting a proposal togther to create a A1/A2 screen printed zine based on a double agent who stole documents from the british archives and passed them on to soviet russia. I want to make this a simple squence of events that isn't too complicated to follow. However one danger that I am already is that I am in danger of over complicating the image. The image above is a final test piece for one of the pages where the agent is taking the documents out of the archieves. The agent needs a bit more development, it would look better with some features. Also the lamps above the different sections need defining more , they blend in to much with the background. But the sections of lighting and works well for the atmosphere of the image. I am slightly worried that when I screen print this the black lines of the flies will clash with the ladder make both hard to see. But digitally I think I can get away with it. I am lucky to have a month on this project so I will have time to revist this image if im not happy with how it looks printed out to scale. But it dose give an idea of the atomosphere and tone of the zine.

The zine is based in this clip I found about a double agent called Kim Philby , and how he was able to sumggle documents out of the british archive.
