Quick try-outs( 20 x 20 image), worked well especially the one on the left. The shape is clear and the pattern of the trees and the birds around it give a really nice effect, movement. Adding colour to the trees was hard. I tried printing them in green but this wasn't bold enough they need to be black. So I added gouache onto parts of the trees , this will allow me to add colour easily to certain parts of the trees easily, therefore they will still be bold but have slight colour. The cloud like tree at the bottom right hand corner of the page is a good example of this. Could I use this instead?
